Admissions to Professional Degree Courses 2010 in Nursing, Pharmacy and Para Medical Streams
- Bachelor of Science - Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing)
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B-Pharm)
- Bachelor of Science- Medical Laboratory Technology( B.Sc. (MLT)
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T)
- Bachelor of Science- Optometry (B.Sc. Optometry)
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.)
Application forms, Prospectus and Acknowledgement card can be obtained from Head Post Offices in Kerala on payment of the prescribed fee (Rs.500/- or Rs.250/- as the case may be) by cash. The List of Head Post Offices is given in Annexure 13. Application forms will not be available by post or from the Office of the Director of Medical Education or from any Govt. Medical College or from any other office. However for candidates outside the state of Kerala, Prospectus and application form will be available by post. Such requests for Prospectus and application form shall be forwarded to the Director, LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Extra Police Road, Nandavanam, Palayam – 695033, along with a Demand Draft from a nationalized bank for Rs.550/Rs.300 (inclusive of Rs.50/- as postal charges) as the case may be, drawn in favour of the Director, LBS Centre for Science and Technology from a nationalized bank payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
The Acknowledgement Card will have the application number printed on it and a security key embedded in a box. The candidate shall scratch the box to get the security key. The candidate is requested to maintain strict confidentiality of his/her security key to protect his/her interest.
7.4 Submission of Applications
There will be two stages for the submission of applications, both of which are mandatory. Candidates shall complete/fulfill both the stages well within the time schedule, which will be given in Annexure XVI.

7.4 Submission of Applications

Stage 1
- Online registration of Personal Data of Candidate.
- Submission of duly filled in Application form with all necessary documents at the District Facilitation Centres.
Stage 2
- Online Filing of academic data and registration of options
- Forwarding of downloaded Academic Data Sheet and attested copies of marklist to the Director, LBS Centre for Science & Technology, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 033
Forms will be available from Head Post Offices from 16/04/2010 onwards.
