The Hall Ticket wise total and sectional (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry) marks of the candidates who have appeared for Test No.511, 5-Year Integrated Dual Degree B.E. + M.E. / B.Tech + M.Tech Programmes in CSIT, CSSE, Civil, Mechanical, EEE & ECE Courses are placed in the Andhra University Website: www.andhrauniversity.info/doa The candidates who have not so far submitted their attested copies of the Intermediate or other qualifying examination marks are hereby informed to submit the same on or before 10-7-2010, failing which they will not be awarded ranks. The candidates who have already submitted the marks need not submit again.The marks may be submitted in person, by email / fax / post.

1. Merit lists of qualified candidates will be published in the following two segments:
  • First merit list with number of candidates equal to the number of seats in each respective subject.
  • Second merit list includes rest of the qualified candidates.
  • If any candidate from the First List does not take admission, the candidates from Second List will be considered for admission according to their position in the merit list.
2. The candidates qualified for admission (both from First and Second Lists) will have to report for admission to the table of respective department at the Derozio Hall (College Auditorium) as per the following schedule, failing which the candidature will be deemed cancelled. Course Details : This is the Diploma course of 1 year duration. After the completion of course, the students will be posted in Newspaper, Television divisions of Ramoji Group. Selected candidates will be posted as Sub-Editor / Copy Editor/ Reporter (Trainee) for one year training after joining in the job.

During the course, each candidate will be paid Rs.6,500/- per month for the first 6 months & Rs. 8,000/- per month for the last 6 months. During Job as a Trainee, they will be paid Rs.10,000/- for Print & Television streams & Rs. 15,500/- per month for those who have job on Probation.

Eligibility Criteria :
1. Age – The candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.
2. Education – The applicant must have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
3. Other Requirements – The interested ones should have the knowledge of English & Telugu languages & should be updated about the current affairs.

Application Procedure : Those who want to apply for this course have to apply on a white paper where he / she has to mention all the details in his / her own handwriting like Name. Age, Complete address, phone no., Email ID, education details, & attach two recent passport size photographs along with this. Along along with the application form, you have to write an article in Telugu on ‘Future of Newspapers in the age of Internet and Television’. The article should not be more than 5 pages & & should be written in his / her own handwriting.

Selection Pattern : The selection will be on the basis of written test in which question will be on Translation, current affairs, English language, General knowledge etc. Those who gets selected in this will be called for interview & group discussion where final selection will be done.
