Without late fee upto 20.07.2009 by 4.00 pm with late fee of Rs. 500/- upto 27.07.2009 with late fee of Rs. 1000/- upto 04.08.2009, with late fee of Rs. 2000/- upto 11.08.2009 and with late fee of Rs. 4000/- upto 18.08.2009 by 4.00 pm (By Registered post/courier/by hand)
