ADMISSION NOTICE
B.Ed. TWO-YEAR PROGRAMME SESSION 2008-09 (RECOGNISED BY NCTE)

Application in the prescribed proforma is invited from eligible teachers having 2-years in-service teaching experience in Government Schools & Colleges/Aided, and Private Institutions in Haryana as on 31 March 2008 for admission to two-year B.Ed. Programme offered through Distance Mode. The Programme is duly recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and will be offered through five Study Centres in NCTE approved B.Ed. Colleges located at Kurukshetra University, Ambala, Karnal and Yamuna Nagar.
Admission will be made through an Entrance Test to be held on 20.07.2008 at Kurukshetra or any other centre decided by the Directorate of Distance Education.
Details of the programmes such as eligibility conditions, fee structure, programme schedule, etc. is given in the Prospectus. It can be obtained from Manager (P&P), Kurukshetra on payment of Rs.500/- for General and Rs.125/- for SC/BC of Haryana only at the counter or by post by sending Demand Draft of Rs.550/- for general category and Rs.175/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana only in favour of the Registrar, Kurukshetra University payable at Kurukshetra/Thanesar. Candidates must send two self-addressed slips with request for Prospectus being sent to them.
