ADMISSION NOTICE For M.Sc Biotechnology (Industry Sponsored Seats)
Admission in M.Sc.Biotechnology(Industry Sponsored Seats), 2008-2009.

Applications in the prescribed form (may be downloaded from their website, http://www.davvbiotech.res.in) for admission in M.Sc. Biotechnology (Industry Sponsored Seats) are invited. Printed application form may also be obtained from the School s office after payment of Rs. 300 /- in the form of Demand Draft in favor of the Registrar, DAVV, Indore payable at Indore (Rs. 350/- if required by post).

Last date of receipt of the Application : June 30, 2008
Date of Entrance Test : July 07, 2008 at 9 AM.
Venue for Entrance Test : School of Biotechnology, DAVV, Indore

Eligibility:
Bachelors degree examination under (10+2+3) pattern in Biological Sciences/Physical Sciences/ Agricultural Sciences/ Veterinary Sciences/ Fishery Sciences securing at lease 55% marks or equivalent are eligible for admission. Candidate having Engineering/ Technology / Pharmacy graduation/ 4 years B.S. (Physical Assistant/M.B.B.S./BDS) with at least 55% marks are also eligible. Sponsorship from a Biotechnology related Industry is compulsory for admission on these seats.

Entrance test for M.Sc Biotechnology (Industry Sponsored seats) and M.Sc Genetic Engineering (Self Finance) will be Common. Those who wish to be considered for both, may apply for both the courses on separate application form(Applicant should mention about the preference).

No of Seats: 05 (Five)

Fee structure: Rs. 39000/- per semester + Rs. Nearly 2000/- (Registrar s Fee) + Rs.3000/- caution money(refundable) to be paid only in Ist Semester.
