Two- Year Master's Degree Programmes 2010-2012

Applications are invited for admission to the folowing Master's Degree Programmes for the 2010-2012 Batch. Thease are the pioneering Programmes promoting professionalism in youth work, offered by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Deemed to be University u/s 3 of the UGC Act 1956, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sport, Government of India.

Eligibility: A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with not less than 45% marks. Those who have appeared for the final degree examination of 2010 can also apply.

Mode of Selection: Selection of candidates will be based on overall percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying Degree examination and performance in the Entrance Test/ Interview. Reservation Rules are applicable as per Government of India norms.

Application:
Application forms with Prospectus can be obtained
  • Directly from the Institute on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash or
  • Through written requisition accompanied by crossed demand draft for Rs. 125/- and a self addressed envelope of size 35X10 cms with stamp (Rs. 25/-) or
  • By downloading the application from the website www.rgniyd.gov.in. Downloaded & filled in application should be accompanied by a DD for the specified amount of application cost mentioned above.
  • In case candidate is applying for more than one course, separate application for each course be submitted along with separate DDs for Rs. 100/- for each.

All Demand Drafts must be drawn on a nationalized bank, in favour of 'Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development' payable at Sriperumbudu.

Date: 13.06.2010 (Sunday), Subject: 1. Current Affairs, 2. General English, 3. Youth Development, Duration: 120 Minute

Nature of the Test: Objective Type
