M.Tech. (Petroleum Technology)
Eligibility: B.Tech. or equivalent in Petroleum/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
SCHOOL OF NUCLEAR ENERGY
M.Tech. (Nuclear Engineering)
Eligibility: B.Tech. or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Civil/ Metallurgical Engineering OR M.Sc in Electronics
SCHOOL OF SOLAR ENERGY
M.Tech. (Energy Systems & Technology)
Eligibility: B.Tech. or equivalent in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instr./ Mech./ Prodn.Engg./ Semiconductor Technology/ Energy Science & Engg. OR M.Sc or equivalent degree in Physics/ Applied Physics/ Electronics/ Optoelectronic.
- Minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks as per the degree awarded.
- Valid GATE score at the time of admission, if applicable.
- Candidates with above qualification can be sponsored by related industries.
