Admission Notification

Applications are invited for admission to the following courses conducted at All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai- 34 for the Academic year 2009-10

Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics
Eligibility: Only candidates who have passed 12th Std/ 10+2 from outside Maharashtra with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics or any other Examination recognized as equivalent thereto by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with minimum 50% marks in either physics, chemistry & Biology taken together or Physics, chemistry & Mathematics taken together. For SC/St candidates relaxed to 40% marks.
No. of Seats: 15
Entrance Examination: The applicants are required to appear for Entrance Test at this Institute at 9.30 am on 7th July, 2009. List of selected candidates will be declared on 15th July, 2009. Those who are selected will have to taken admission on or before 22nd July, 2009 along with all original documents and fees.

Master in Science (Prosthetics & Orthotics)
Eligibility: Only candidates who have passed Bachelor's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from an Institute recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India with completion of compulsory six months Internship on or before 31st July, 2009 from the University Outside Maharashtra State.
No. of Seats: 02
Entrance Examination: Entrance Test to be held on 30th June, 2009 at 9.30 am at this Institute. List of selected candidates will be declared on 10th July 2009. Those who are selected will have to taken admission on or before 20th July, 2009 along with all original documents & fees.

Application/ Entrance Test Fee:
Applicants will have to pay Rs. 500/- towards form fee & Entrance Test Fee Note: Payment should be in the form of Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of 'Director AIIPM&R' payable at Mumbai
