Indian Institute of Geomagnetism offers Doctoral Programme in Geomagnetism and allied fields. Selected candidates will be required to do research work at Mumbai or other centers of the institute located at Tirunelveli (Tamil Nadu) and Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh).
Requirements: M.Sc./M.Sc. (Tech) in Physics/Applied Physics/Geophysics/Applied Mathematics with a minimum of 60 % marks throughout and Physics as a subject in B.Sc. Those appearing for Master’s degree examination in the year 2009 may also apply.
Application should reach the Registrar on or before 29th May, 2009.
