MBA – Rural Management

From the year 2000, XIDAS is offering a two-year full time MBA-RM programme, which is approved by AICTE and affiliated to the local University.

The minimum qualification for entry to the MBA in Rural Management at XIDAS is a Bachelor's Degree recognized by the Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks (40% in case of ST/SC and OBC candidates). The Competent Authority for admission to this course is the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh. The counseling for admission is conducted by DTE at Bhopal. Admission is given on the basis of the marks obtained in the following two entrance tests.

Admissions to XIDAS on the All India Quota are through an All India Common Entrance Test (ATMA) conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), Secunderabad. Admission to XIDAS on the State Quota (for domiciles of Madhya Pradesh only) is through a State Level M.P. Management Entrance Test (MET), conducted by the Professional Examination Board, (PEB or VYAPAM) Madhya Pradesh. Admission to XIDAS on the Management Quota and on the NRI Quota is done according to the guidelines issued by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
