ADMISSION IN G.N.M. TRAINING PROGRAMME
GURU TEGH BAHADUR HOSPITAL
DILSHAD GARDEN, DELHI- 95

Application are invited for admission to Three & a Half Year General Nursing & Midwifery Course from unmarried or widowed without any encumbrance female candidates on the prescribed from which is attached with the Prospectus obtainable from the office of Principal, School of Nursing, G.T.B. Hospital, Dilshad Garden on payment of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) by cash (Non refundable) from 15.04.08 to 04.05.08 between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm on all working days except Saturday and holiday.
The candidate must fulfill the following conditions:
1. Qualification:-
a) Candidates who have appeared in 10+2 examination 2008 are eligible to apply or must have passed 10+2 examination in each subject (Theory and Practical) separately or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University with 50% or more marks in aggregate of subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Pshychology, civics, Geography, History, Political Science, English, Hindi, Economics, Commerce, Home Science, Sociology and Mathematics subjects and in English Subject till +2 level is compulsory.
or
Those who have successfully completed ANM Course with aggregate of 50% or more marks (10+2 Vocational) (revised after 2001) from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council. Other vocational courses are not eligible. (Releaxation of 5% marks shall be admissible to candidates belonging to SC/ST Category).
2. Age Limit: Age should not be below 17 years and more that 30 years as on 31st July 2008. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST category is 05 years.
3. Method of selection: Candidates will be selected strictly on the basis of Merit of Entrance Test which will be held no 16-06-08 (tentative).
4. Admission will be confirmed only after verification of original 10+2 Certificate & Marksheet form CBSE/Examination Board and Medical Examination Board of GTB Hospital.
5. Commencement of course- 01.08.08

Application form duly completed in all respect along with copies of certificates should reach the office of Principal, School of Nursing, G.T.B. Hospital, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95 by 09-05-08 before 1.00 pm incomplete application will be summarily rejected. school authority will not be responsible for any postal delay.
