POST DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP ADMISSIONS 2010

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Application forms can be accessed on-line through the College website on http://home.cmcvellore.ac.in and submitted with a basic administrative fee of Rs.1000/-. Application forms are available by post from the Office of the Registrar on payment of Rs.1000/-. Candidates applying from SAARC countries should send Rs.2000/- or its equivalent and those from other foreign countries US dollars 100 or its equivalent.
Money can be remitted using any of the following methods:

1. As a challan at no extra cost at any branch of ICICI bank in India. Please mention ‘FC – CMC – V’ on the challan.
2. Demand draft in favour of “C.M.C. Vellore Association a/c” on any scheduled bank, payable in Vellore.

Send the DD, original payment Challan or receipt to: Office of the Registrar, CMC, Thorapadi PO, Vellore 632002. State your full postal address with Pin-code. Mention your telephone number and email address if available. No additional money, stamps or envelopes are required.

Important Dates:
30th June 2010 - Last date for receipt of completed application forms
12th July 2010 - Written test at Vellore
12th July 2010 - Announcement of list of candidates who qualify for interviews and practical tests
13th July 2010 - Registration and Medical examination
14th July 2010 - Interviews and practical tests in Town Campus, Vellore.
15th July 2010 - Announcement of final selection list
16th July 2010 - Acceptance by 8.00 am
30th July 2010 - Registration for the courses
02nd Aug 2010 - Courses begin
