NOTIFICATION

GUJARAT STATE ELIGIBILITY TEST FOR LECTURESHIP, DECEMBER 2008

The Six Gujarat SET Examination will be held on Sunday, 7th December, 2008 in 20 subjects.

Candidaets who qualify in this examination are eligible to apply for the post of Lecturer in Gujarat State only.

The conditions of eligibility and exemption are exactly same as that of UGC-NET Examination.

The information bulletin and application forms will be available form the following designated branches of Corporation Bank:

1) Ahmedabad : M. J. Library, Commercial & Personal Banking Branch, Rangolee Complex, Opp. V. S. Hospital, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad-380 006.
2) Bardoli : Shivam Chambers, 1st Floor, Sardar Baugh, Station Road, Bardoli- 394 602.

from 28-08-2008 to 04-10-2008 (both days inclusive) on payment of Rs.800/- (including Examination Fees) for all candidaets for whom it will be Rs.700/- (including Examination Fees) in cash.

The information bulletin and application form may also be obtained through post from Corporation Bank, Pratik Chambers, Dandia Bazar, Vadodara by sending a crossed DD drawn in favour of Corporation Bank (Gujarat SET) payable at Vadodara for the above amount plus Rs.50/- (for postal and handling charges). The request for sending application form and prospectsu by post must be received latest by 30.09.2008.

Duly filled in application form shall be submitted only at the SET Office by post or in person.
