However, they shall be considered for admission only on proof of acquisition of requisite qualification at the time of interview / counselling. The candidature of such candidates shall be provisional and shall stand cancelled if they fail to possess the required qualification by that date.

The admissions will be made on Merit based on 10+2 aggregate marks and NATA Score in the ratio of 50:50 as per Council of Architecture norms.

Candidates with a Degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture and Planning are required to qualify in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and candidates with a Master's Degree in Geography/Economics/ Sociology are required to qualify in the University Grants Commission's (UGC) Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) examination to be eligible for a monthly scholarship in accordance with the Government of India rules.
