The IIHMR Group of Institutes located at Jaipur, Delhi and Bangalore has excellent and highly experienced teaching faculty and infrastructure facilities including a 24-hour Wi-Fi network and provision of laptop to each student. The management graduates of IIHMR have made a diference in the health sector in India and abroad.

Institute of Health Management Research is set-up on the spacious campus at Bangalore. It has the advantage of the metro and the State capital. It is equiped with good infrastructure. The intake capacity is of 60 seats.

Eligibility: Candidates with a minimum 50% marks in the degree exam from a recognized University are eligible to apply. Candidates appearing at their final year degree exam may also apply. The candidate must have taken anyone of the Management Aptitude Test (The minimum MAT scores is 550; MAT scores of September, December, 2009 and February and May, 2010 are acceptable). Mid-career professionals and medical graduates (with a minimum of two-year relevant work experience in the healthcare sector after graduation) are exempted from MAT. Selection Process: Qualifying candidates are required to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at IIHMR, Bangalore in the 3rd/ 4th week of July, 2010. The course would start in the second week of August, 2010.

M.Phil and Ph.D Programmes

Applications are invited (in Form A) for admission to M.Phil. and Ph.D. programmes in different subjects (as specified on University website www.uniraj.ac.in). As per new rules, admissions to these programmes will be made through an entrance test (UnirajMPAT) for each subject / discipline. Students willing to seek admission in affiliated colleges are also required to take this Test. Students who have qualified UGC/CSIR NET/ SLET (conducted by Rajasthan State only)/ GATE/ Teacher fellowship holder will be exempted from the test. For M.Phil. programme, teachers permanently appointed prior to 199192 and for Ph.D. programme permanent teachers appointed on a substantive basis with three years of continuous service on regular pay scale are also exempted from UnirajMPAT.

However, students/teachers exempted from the Test are required to fill in Form B. The Test will consist of two papers. Paper I will be common to all the candidates and paper II will be separate for each Department/Centre.
