Master of Business Administration (Correspondence Course, Two Years Programme)

Applications are invited for admissions to MBA (CC) Programme for the session 2010-2011.

Eligibility:

CATEGORY-I BUSINESS EMPLOYEES/ OTHERS-50 SEATS

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline from any recognized University or an examination recognized equivalent there to or have passed the final examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or equivalent or Institute of Company Secretaries of India or equivalent or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or equivalent with working experience of one year. The candidate should have at least 50% marks in Graduation/Post Graduation (Relaxation of 5% in case of those having working experience of one year or more in a Limited Company)

CATEGORY-II: DEFENCE OFFICERS-50 SEATS

All commissioned officers with a minimum of five years of commissioned service
will be eligible to join the course who have passed either a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or must have undergone successfully N.D.A/I.M.A/Any other equivalent course viz O.T.S/O.T.A/Indian Air Force Academy/Naval Academy; and At least one of the following courses-

Defence Service Staff College course, Technical Staff Officers course, Long Defence Management, Senior Defence Management course, Higher Command,

Advanced Air Armament Staff Officer course, Specialized Advance Course of various Arms and Services with a mentorious record of service.

In case of vacant seats in any category the seats may be shifted from one category to another with the permission of the Head of the Department. The Application form and ordinances can be downloaded either from the University website www.punjabiuniversity.ac.in or Departmental website www.smspup.ac.in

Completed application forms should be submitted to the Head, School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala, along with a bank draft of Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of Registrar, Punjabi University, Patiala.

With late fees of Rs.1000/- 09-08-2010

With Late fees of Rs.2000/- 16-8-2010
