ADMISSIONS 2008-2009

1. DEGREE COURSES FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED (HI)

NISH is starting three new degree courses for the hearing impaired students who have passed Plus Two.

• B.Sc (Computer Science) (HI)
• B.Sc (Fashion Technology) (HI)
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (HI)

Application Forms duly filled in along with the required certificates should reach the Institute on or before July 28, 2008.


2. MASTER IN AUDIOLOGY AND SPEECH- LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY (MASLP)

NISH invites applications for admission to Master in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) course for the year 2008-09. The duration of the course is 2 years. The course is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and is affiliated to the University of Kerala.

The minimum eligibility for admission is Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.

Application Forms duly filled in along with the required certificates should reach the Institute on or before August 6, 2008.


3. DIPLOMA IN TEACHING YOUNG HEARING IMPAIRED CHILDREN (DTYHI)

NISH is conducting a one year Diploma in Teaching Young Hearing-Impaired Children (DTYHI) , an under graduate course recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). The main aim of the course is to generate qualified professionals for the Pre-school program.
