Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to MBA, MCA and M.Sc. Degree Programmes of the Academic year 2008-09 offered through distance mode

ADMISSION BASED ON ONLINE ENTRANCE TESTS
All applicants shall be allowed to take the online Entrance Test. However provisional admission shall be given only to candidates who have passed the online test and who satisfy the eligibility criteria.

COURSES & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
MBA (4 Semester) :

1. MBA - General Management
2. MBA- Technology Management
3. MBA- Financial Services Management
4. MBA- Retail Management
5. MBA- Health Services Management
6. MBA- Human Resources Management

ELIGIBILITY:
i) Any Bachelor degree* and
ii) a pass in the entrance test conducted by Anna University, Chennai
* All degrees must have been obtained in 10+2+3 pattern

MCA (6 Semester) :

1. Call Centre Management
2. E-Learning
3. Health Care
   
4. Trading and Equity Management
   
5. Banking Technology

ELIGIBILITY:
i) Any Bachelor degree* The Candidates should have studied Core Mathematics either at +2 level or Mathematics/ Statistics / Computer Oriented subject as one of the subjects at the degree level and
ii) a pass in the entrance test conducted by Anna University, Chennai
* All degrees must have been obtained in 10+2+3 pattern

M.Sc. (4 Semester) :

1. M.Sc. -Computer Science
   
2. M.Sc. - Information Technology
   
3. M.Sc.- Software Engineering
   

ELIGIBILITY:

i) B.Sc.* Mathematics / Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics (or) B.Sc* (Physics/ Statistics/ Chemistry)/ B.E.S.* with Mathematics or Computer Science as allied subject (or) B.Sc.* Applied Sciences (Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Computer Systems Maintenance and Networking) (or) B.C.A.* (or) B.E.*/ B.Tech.* (any branch) and

ii) a pass in the entrance test conducted by Anna University, Chennai
* All degrees must have been obtained in 10+2+3 pattern

A. IN PERSON B. BY POST C. BY DOWNLOADING BLANK APPLICATION FORMS D. BY APPLYING ONLINE E. THROUGH SPECIFIED SALE CENTRES
DEMAND DRAFTS: All Demand Drafts should be drawn in favour of "The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai" Payable at Chennai and be obtained from any Nationalized Bank on or after 09.05.08

NOTE:
1. Study Centres will operate in selected sale/online test centres where there are sufficient number of candidates . The Present list of study centres is available at our web site annauniv.edu./cde.

2. Candidates should send only one application irrespective of the number of programmes for which he/she would like to appear for Online Entrance Tests.
3. Application are invited from candidates from all over india.
4. Candidates will be required to produce copy of the relevant provisional/ degree certificate at the time of admission by August 2008.
5. Limited number of previous question paper booklets are available for sale through a D.D. for 25/- per booklet at Centre for Distance Education, Anna University, Chennai- 600025 . Those candidates who need the Q.P. booklet by post should send DD for an amount of Rs. 75/- for every question paper booklet.
