Submission & Confirmation of Online option form, allotment of seat, counselling and reporting to the institutes for admission to first year of four year degree courses in Pharmacy for the year 2009-10

This Notification is being issued for selection of candidates to be admitted in the following Pharmacy institutions for the Academic Year 2009-10 :-

A. State Government/ Aided Colleges, University Managed Institutes, University Departments
B. Such Unaided colleges and or such number of seats from unaided colleges which by mutual consent have decided to form part of this admission process.

Eligible Candidates: All the Maharashtra, OMS candidates whose names are appeared in respective final merit displayed by this Directorate.

The "Online Option Form" is being made available to only those eligible candidates, who are desirous of seeking admission to the aforesaid colleges through this Centralised Admission Process of the official website viz. www.dte.in/ph2009

Aspiring candidates are required to fill in the Online Option Form, take the printout of the Online Option Form and Confirm the Online Option Form in person along with duly signed printout of the Online Option form as per schedule notified herewith at any of the Application Form Receipt Center (ARC) notified by this Directorate.

Option form received by post at ARC/DTE office will be rejected and no communication will be done with the candidate.

Note:

• It is Mandatory for all eligible aspiring Maharashtra State & OMS candidates to submit and confirm Online Option Form.
• If the candidate fails to confirm the online filled option form, then such online filled option will be rejected and name of such candidate will not appear in the allotment list.
• Maharashtra State & OMS candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- in cash as processing fee for each CAP Round
