ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

ELIGIBILITY:

(1) A Pass in Two year Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized and equivalent thereto by the Intermediate Board with 50% marks in aggregate in optionals from BI.P.C Stream.
(2) A candidate must have qualified in EAMCET or any National Level Talent Test conducted by National Organizations in the year 2008-2009 except the test conducted by Veterinary Council of India, New Delhi.

FEES: One time admission fee of US$10,000 and tuition fee of US$4,000 per year besides normation fee on par with other regular studetns every semester.

NUMBER OF SEATS:

10 seats are available each in three colleges namely College of Veterinary Science, Tirupati, College of Vetrinary Science, Rajendranagar and NTR College of Veterinary Science, Gannavaram.

NOTICE (GRANT-IN-AID 2008-2009)

1. Maulana Azad Education Foundation is providing grant-in-aid to NGO for construction/ expansion of school building/ hostel/ ITI/ VTC etc. where students belonging to minorities are more than 50%.

2. New Applicaiton Form, state wise quota as well as further details terms and conditions are available on the website www.maef.nic.in. The same application form may be downloaded form the website free of cost. The application forms are also available free of cost in the office of teh Foundation at New Delhi as well as with State Governmetns; photocopy of the forms can be used freely.

3. Duly filled in application alongwith necessary enclosures should be sent directly by Post/ Courier / submitted in person to the office of the Foundation at New Delhi. The application must be received in the office of the Foundation by 30-09-2008. Applications for gran-in-aid received after 30-09-2008 will be considered received at the begining of next financial year (i.e. April 2009)

4. NGO should be registered for the last three years; school/ institution should be recognized by relevant State/ Central Govt. board/authority; land for construction should be registered in the name of society/ school or on lease deed for at least 30 years. Other conditions are available on the website.

5. No recommendation from State/ any other authority is required.

6. There is no fees/ charges for either application form or for any other service in this regard; nothing is to be paid to anyone.

7. The Maulana Azad Education Foundation has no branch or authorised ofices/ agency anywhere in India for this purpose.
