The Envelope must contain the following header, “Application form for Ph.D. Admssion in …………………………… Department” Application must submit separate applications and A/c Payee Bank Draft/IPO of Rs. 750/- if they wish to apply to
different Departments. Applications received after due date are likely to be rejected. No individual information for the test/interview will be sent.
