Institute of Petroleum Technology, Gandhinagar (IPTG), an academic Institute with a focus on the oil & Gas sector and aligning its environment to emerge as a Center of Excellence, offers Masters and Doctoral Programs in various areas of oil & Gas and newer Energy Sources. The Institute is in the process of building state of- art facilities in the petroleum sector viz., reservoir engineering, enhanced oil recovery, paleontology, petroleum geology, plasma applications, as well as solar energy, new energy sources, and application of nanotechnology in energy devices.
Attractive financial assistance- teaching and research assistantships will be offered to candidates admitted to both programs.

• The application fee (Rs. 1200/- for Ph.D and Rs. 1500/- for M.Tech) must be sent by registered/ speed post/ courier in the form of a Demand Draft in Favour of "Institute of Petroleum Technology, Gandhinagar" payable at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
• Application for admission to Ph.D can be made through out the year.
